Prenatal Paternity Test

Paternity can be safely established before the baby is born with the new non-invasive prenatal paternity testing service offered at Prenato. 

How does it work ? 

The test is based on cutting-edge technology that analyzes the cell-free DNA from the fetus that is present in the mother’s blood. The genetic profile of the fetus is then compared to the genetic profile of the alleged father. Paternity will be confirmed with a probability of over 99.9%. If the alleged father is not the biological father, the probability of paternity will be 0%. This service is available at all our Prenato clinics. 

When can the test be performed ? 

The test can be performed from the 9th week of pregnancy. 

What are the analysis times? 

The results are given to you by a nurse within 7 to 10 business days. 

You will need : 

Two pieces of photo identification including at least one with your date of birth.
